What is the status of my order?

What is the shipping cost?
Shipping cost as calculated at the time of checkout
How do I track my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track by clicking on the tracking link and see the status of your delivery. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Can I change my delivery address after the order has been placed?
Yes!
You can change your delivery address upto 24h after placing your order by emailing info@theardourway.com

How do I cancel my order?
We can cancel an order so long that it has not been shipped yet. Please contact info@theardourway.com and we will do our best to accommodate your change.
Do you refund the shipping cost when I return a product?
If you return a product, unopened, within the cooling period of 14 days - the entire order value including shipping costs will be refunded.
Not withstanding any product quality issues, sale items, and made to order items - for any return your entire order value will be refunded excluding the shipping cost
